When looking for a school…

So many people only look at the instructor’s credentials, location and schedule. Although important, there is critical information left out and generally never discussed. We get mesmerized by fancy websites boasting of team championships and pictures of the professor with someone famous they pretend to be best friends with. All of this is fun and exciting but extraneous to what really matters to your overall Jiu Jitsu experience. 

At Rocky Mountain, we take absolute pride in the overlooked, under appreciated, category of the shower! They say you become friends with the people you roll with, this is incorrect. The bonds forged in the shower after training are unmatched and are what truly brings the team together. 

If you’re uncomfortable, hesitant or feeling overwhelmed, we have people that are trained to guide you through that process.
